Ingredients:
A
125g butter
150g soft brown sugar
B
180g plain flour
20g cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
C
1 egg- grade A [beaten]
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
D
3 egg white
120g icing sugar
50g caster sugar
*******************************************************************************
Method:
1. combine ingredients A and B together in a mixer. Blend well, add in ingredient C to mix into a dough.
2. Blend D together in a mixer.
3. Bake no. 1 in a preheated oven at 170'C for 10-15 minutes. Cool and store in airtight jars.
4. Decorating time!!
